General notes on cancellation and refund

1. There are two types of payments available on Ahir Regiment Trust
   1. One time donations -
      1. One time donations are non-refundable
   2. Recurring subscription fee - You can join some of our paid communities by agreeing to pay the membership fee mentioned on the joining page of the community trust.
      1. You will be charged in advance for the next 30 day membership of such a community.
      2. You can place a cancellation request at any time by sending an email to support@ahirregiment.org by mentioning your registered mobile number
      3. We will cancel your membership within 24 hours of receiving such email
      4. Any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable
      5. You will continue to receive the membership benefits till the end of 30 day period for which you have been charged prior to the cancellation event
2. In case there is more than one interpretation of any of the terms mentioned above, the trust reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation.
3. In all cases, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts of gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Information you provide and why it is necessary

We may collect your name, email, phone number, street, city, district, state, pin code, country. This information is used to create your profile on the app.

We may ask you for your permission to upload photos, videos, and other file formats on the app. This is to enable you to set up your profile picture and upload posts, send messages on the app.

We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude for collecting information about your usage of app and website.

We might send you SMS or emails about your account to keep you informed and updated.

We may ask for your permission to sync your contacts with the app. This is to help you discover and connect with your contacts and friends already present on the app.

We might send you information about special promotions. We might also tell you about new features or products.

We may ask you for your permission to enable access to the microphone of your phone. This is only asked when you want to attend a live meeting inside the app.

Account and Personal Data Deletion

If you want to delete your personal data you can do so by deleting your user account at any point in time by following steps -
If you are a part of Ahir Rehiment Trust:-

1. Log-in into your account
2. Go to profile section
3. Click 'Delete Account'
